(This is long overdue.. but) about a month ago I got two flat tires and had an issue with my axel.. I wasn't able to make an appointment with my dealership for weeks. I brought my car to this Mavis in Troy and they went above and beyond to help me out. With my car being a newer model, they did not have the exact part in stock to fix the issue with my axel, so they called my dealership, set one aside, AND provided me a drive to and from to retrieve the part and tires (which ended up saving me some money). Jason and Jake (Jacob) were so helpful and understanding. They really went beyond what I expected any place would do to help me out. Hope you guys read this and know you guys rock! Thanks again.

I called Mavis and spoke with a delightful and kind young lady, as most people don't like to speak with older people. I came for my appointment, meet Jason who was very nice and Gadlisa who I had spoken to earlier! She was just the same as on the phone, got everything that I needed done and it was a wonderful experience!!
