These guys are great! Jon helped me out with a new valve stem and I was on my way. Went above and beyond.

Excellent service and very informative! I got my tires replaced and a wheel alignment done. It didn't take long for them to finish working on my car. Also, I appreciate them bringing me in to see my car and teaching me a few new things about it. My car is driving smoothly again. Thanks!

I have never written a bad review ever, but this place is awful. They screwed up my car and really screwed up my friends car. My friend is having constant issues with her breaks since they touch them and the people are being so mean to us. The only nice person was Kristin who left. We are so kind even after we had to go back for the 4th time and everytime the people are rude and cant fix the problem they created. I also believe they try and scam people. Dont trust them and go to another Mavis! Again I am only sharing this to help prevent people from going. When I first went I wrote a good review because they asked me too. Im sure many of the good reviews come from when you first enter and they immediately ask for you to give them a good review. We brought our cars to other mechanics that informed us that Mavis is lying and trying to screw us. 30 years I truly have never written one bad review, but I have to this time.

This place is a JOKE. Not only did they fail to do a proper alignment, they also scratched my wheels. Their solution? -a one year voucher hahah. The techs are careless and CLUELESS, manager lacks empathy and needs to go back and finish training modules on simple customer service. I can't believe this location is still open. Also while waiting there for HOURS, 3 other customers walked in with dissatisfied service and damages done to their vehicles. Clearly, theres a pattern and the regional manager needs to put someone on a corrective action...
